  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

  3. Pack the item securely and return it to the address provided in our response.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
  • If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent, we will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
