- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us.
5. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local courier. If the issue persists, contact us, and we will assist where possible.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
